Discover Serenity in a Smaller Setting

 

Our founder, Gail Middleton MSW, started Hearts That Matter Most with the mission of serving the community and answering a call to fulfill an unserved need with a small, intimate place. She brought with her 20 years of experience as a master level social worker with a background in social work, mental health awareness, and hospice care. She also has a trained staff of highly qualified RNs (certified nursing assistants, a nutritionist, and an activities director), and a desire to care for the mind, body, and spirit. 

 

 

Our goal is to have a small, home-like place where your loved ones can get the personal care and attention they need.  Our entire team looks forward to becoming your family away from home and caring for those that matter most to you.
